Joey
Crown’s the name, swilling cheap whiskey and bugle-blowing’s the game. This
week we immerse ourselves in the Twilight
Zone classic “A Passage for Trumpet,” then revisit past episodes of the
podcast to write a few wrongs Quantum
Leap-style. Elsewhere, martial tensions run high at Casa de Craig, leading
to a shocking (yet probably inevitable) conclusion.

Craig, please don't throw in the towel.
ReplyDeleteI think that the idea of doing the podcast on a bi-weekly basis might ease up on your workload a bit.
Jack Klugman is an absolute treasure. One of my all time favorite TZ moments is the reaction shot that Mr. Klugman gives when he realizes that Nan is "hitting on him." His face just lights up and glows in such a natural way. Truly a poignant and touching moment with no words said. Hey Craig, on another matter, are you a fan of Night Gallery? I know there were several duds over its three year run but when there was a home run (such as "They're Tearing Down Tim Riley's Bar") it was a grand slam. Again, please keep the podcast going in one form or another. I really do enjoy your analysis.
Aside from a few episodes, I've actually never delved into Night Gallery. I have the entire series on DVD... one of these days I'll get around to it.
ReplyDeleteGreat work, I love The Twilight Zone, and love your TZ podcast.
ReplyDeleteThanks
But I just found this podcast!

ReplyDeleteNight Gallery is ok. TZ is better tho, for sure.
ReplyDeleteY'all are too kind. Seriously. Don't worry---- this ain't the end.
